Brad Bryan designed and laid out this 75-page Executive Summary for CHIP, the Community Health Improvement Partnership. It summarized the major initiatives and accomplishments of the organization and presented results and analysis from its 2010 Community Health Survey. The word “CHIP” was cut out of the front cover in order to let the title page show through, and many of the printed books incorporated drawings done by community members in the white spaces of this page. These drawings finished the page’s prompt (“A healthy community…”) with the public’s own ideas.
