The Collars & Scholars program, presented by the Humane Society of Sarasota County, brings animals into schools to help students learn the concepts of empathy and compassion through humane education. The videos in this showcase include an introduction to the program plus several short educational videos on various humane topics. These videos were played as part of the weekly Collars & Scholars lessons to illustrate concepts and give students a glimpse behind the scenes at HSSC.
