“Homeless On Their Own: Stories of young people experiencing housing instability” is a short documentary about unaccompanied homeless youth. Produced for the Schoolhouse Link program in Sarasota County, it features six young people recounting their periods of homelessness or housing instability and the resources and help they accessed to overcome their situations. Taken together, the stories show the diversity of situations and circumstances that may lead to unaccompanied youth homelessness and give hope for a brighter future on the other side.
